Today's film has already rated a mention in the music videos - "Beyond The Sea"...

Small clip showing Kevin Spacey as Bobby Darin (on-set in a film... it's that "play-within-a-play" thing) attempting to romance his co-star Sandra Dee (played by Kate Bosworth)... although his attempts don't exactly get off on the right foot!

Why should you watch this film?: For Kevin Spacey! I've always thought he was a great actor, but my god, he was a revelation in this film! I went to the pictures to see it, and I've never seen our local cinema so quiet... everyone was engrossed. But, aside from Kevin, it's full of great character actors (Brenda Blethyn, Bob Hoskins, John Goodman...), and the soundtrack (actually sung by KS) is fantastic. My only minor quibble with the film was the kid Bobby Darin appearing at odd times... but it was minor.
