Now for one that my oldest brother's responsible for my liking... Mercury Rev and "Opus 40" - see, he likes weird and wonderful bands that most people have never heard of... but he did introduce me to Travis' first album - before everything they did came out sounding exactly the same. He's also responsible for my liking Nick Cave, Wilco and the "O Brother, Where Art Thou?" soundtrack!
