And a double for you today, since we've reached the halfway point of this year (or we will at midnight tonight)... Yes, I've been reading the Wikipedia articles too closely again! Since it's a leap year this year, July 1st is the 183rd day, and that's half of the 366 days in the year... (Least I think it is... but my brother will tell you, maths isn't my strongest subject).

And also a double because the second "music artist" is cheating slightly... but more of that in a bit.

First, July 1st, 1945 saw the birth of Deborah Harry, lead singer of Blondie, and possibly hippest 60+ year old walking the planet...
