Sep. 18th, 1951 - Douglas Glenn Colvin (aka Dee Dee Ramone), bassist with The Ramones (none of whom were related, or really had the last name "Ramone" although they all adopted it as a stage name) was born. The band split in 1996, and within 8 years, the 3 founding members - including Dee Dee - were dead...
