The Music Spots

The casual observer may have noticed there's quite a few music video posts on my blog, and there's a reason for this... It doesn't seem to matter what sort of mood I'm in, be it happy, sad, downright depressed, whatever - I can usually find expression in music. Now, I'm not musical myself (I gave up on the recorder in about primary 3), but I love to have music in the background - if I'm on the computer (like now), I usually have iTunes going, and at work we always have the radio on, and a lot of what I watch on TV are the satellite music channels.

Now, inspiration struck last night - I was thinking about the "Cheese" videos, and the "Wine" videos, and had decided to introduce the Foo Fighters' videos (with my genius title of "The Foo(d) Of Love"). So, from now on, my music video posts will fall into 4 categories with foodie titles:

Cheesy Past(a): The cheesy 80's video battle with Julie... who goes for odd cheeses (or bands) that I've never heard of... Me, I tend to stick to cheddar and good old Dairylea!

Like A Fine Wine: Very simple... old, or newer, but just a classic song.

The Foo(d) Of Love: The afore-mentioned Foo Fighters' video offerings.

Nouvelle Cuisine: Something current or up-and-coming.

Cheese and Wine will probably be posted every day, the other two may alternate, or take a few days off, depending on what's new out there.
