To Pee Or Not To Pee
Pee 1: After I finished blogging last night (and the last post took about 2 hours to do, because my computer was running so damn slowly... even when I was typing, the words took a few seconds to appear on screen), I came downstairs at about 3am, and opened the back door to see if Harriet moggie (who was in) wanted out - and there was a wet, black streak shot in the back door... Minnie (who was out) came in absolutely soaked - I had no idea it was raining, coz it had been such a lovely day!
Anyway, she came in the door, and straight to the litter tray (God knows why she didn't just go to the loo outside when she was out)... stood in the middle of it, stuck her erse out and I watched helplessly as this arch of pee missed the tray altogether and went on the floor... and it seemed to go on forever!
And, to make things worse, she had this look on her face as she was doing it... a really defiant "Yes, Mummy... I'm peeing all over your nice, clean floor... What you going to do about it? You left me out in the rain, so I think we're even!" kind of look - Honestly, that animal's got serious (c)attitude!
So, there I was, after 3o'clock in the morning, armed with floor cleaner and mop!
Pee 2: What it's doing today - The rain is chucking it down, and has been all last night and today. I'm at work at the office, and the boss is away for dinner.
Oh, and don't worry... both mogs are inside from the rain (starving because there was only one pouch of cat food between the two of them this morning and a few biscuits)... so Minnie's probably registering her disapproval on the kitchen floor again as I type!
