Dozy Cats!
An update on my panic last night after I realised that the cats were outside with fireworks going off...
Well, I dashed downstairs to let them in, all ready to comfort the two terrified animals that I was sure would come in... Opened the back door... and they both sauntered in, totally unconcerned about anything other than the fact they were hungry (these are the two cats who hide whenever anyone comes in, and who will run from something scary like a sock lying on the floor).
So, I fed them... and Minnie wanted straight back out again amongst all the bangs and screeches of rockets. And Harriet? Harriet went and sat in the windowsill (inside) and watched the display... totally calm and looking like she was enjoying it!
Bloody cats!
It's been a lazy day today... I made a chicken stew, but that's been the most excitement I've had all day.

It would be interesting, just having Cats for Company...at least they wouldn't answer back :)
Oh, my pair are the masters (or should that be mistresses?) of the withering look or contemptuous meow, trust me!
