Just A Quick Post...

... before I go and put my pizza in the oven, pour my glass of wine, watch "Casualty" and then my DVD for tonight - "Premonition", just to fill you in on my day... which mainly involved work, first at the office, then this afternoon in the shop (neither place being that exciting, really).

And there's not really that much else to say... Bad Luck to Scotland for losing the football (sorry if I've spoiled it for you if you've been avoiding seeing the score). Hey, it was pretty inevitable we weren't going to beat Italy, but we did bloody well to get back to 1 - 1, only to lose a goal at the last minute, so we Scots should be proud.

Right, I'll bugger off now and fight with the cat for the warm spot (my hot water bottle)... as soon as I got up this morning, the damn thing was right on top of where it was under the blankets - honestly, she's like a heat-seeking furry missile!

Maybe catch you tomorrow...

I agree, Ally.Scotland were desperately unlucky yesterday.Although I'm a Sassenach, I always shout for the Scottish football team {except, of course, when they play England!] You are right to be proud of your team.

On the other hand, England are so lucky to be still in with a chance of qualifying. I still can't believe that Israel beat Russia. Kwowing England, they'll now probably lose to Croatia on Wednesday, which no doubt would delight the majority of Scottish supporters!!!

That's okay, Jilly... I forgive you for being a Sassenach!

I'm sure Scottish fans wouldn't mind England qualifying, so long as we don't hear about it for as long as a certain event in 1966 gets mentioned...
