Shallow Al

Tonight's specimen is about as high as you can go... God himself - or as we know him better, Bono from U2...

I couldn't find the picture I really wanted, which dates from around the time of "The Joshua Tree" as well... and that's one of him in that leather waistcoat (no shirt underneath) and that hat - both of which looked like he'd worn them day and night for about 3 months! Corrrrrr! Oh, and the accent.... Sigh....

And this post is where I make probably my most cringe-worthy confession from my younger days - in the days when me and my friends would play "houses" or whatever scenario we were playing, my (always invisible, because there were never any boys to play) boyfriend was always called... you guessed it... Bono! (See, I told you it was cringe-making... you should see how scarlet my face is!).

Anyone got any embarrassing confessions to make me feel better? Please?
