Cross-Stitch A Question Mark On To This...

Well, I got collected after work and taken along to see what might be my new house... and I'm really not sure.
Pros:
The sitting room's a nice size.
The bathroom's completely new - new toilet, new shower, new sink... but it's not very big.
It's all been newly painted (all magnolia, but that's okay... I can always brighten it up with stencils or something).
It's all storage heating - no more trying to light coal fires, or freezing over a peedie fan heater.
No huge garden, just a wee paved bit at the back.
It's pretty quiet considering it's right on the street... just step out the door, and you're on the pavement.
It's much more central than my house.
Cons:
The bedroom's not very big.
Neither's the kitchen (not really space for my fridge).
Not a lot of storage space.
No drying space at the back (although I might be able to get a whirlygig off the council).
They're not really giving me very long to decide - 5pm on Thursday is the deadline. I really don't know what to do... I mean, I guess ANY 1 bedroomed house is going to seem tiny compared to the 4-bedroomed one I'm in now... and I don't want to turn it down in case I never get offered one in such good nick again (they've said that that's about the best state you'd get offered a house in, because the previous tenant had done so much damage)... but what if I take it and end up feeling claustrophobic?
I think I can get the keys for another look tomorrow afternoon at half past 4 or something like that (this time without the girl from Housing there doing her best to convince me that it's the best house since Buckingham Palace).
So I am in a dilemma...

I'd take another look at it, only this time take a tape measure with you and perhaps measurements of whitegoods etc. that you want to take with you. I suppose you could always buy another fridge, and judging by your list the pros outweigh the cons.
Also weigh up how much time you spend in each room that might help you make a decision.
I think I'm going to get the chance to have another look tonight, and I will definitely get some measurements this time.
I'm going to try and drag my brother along too to get a different perspective on it (he's taller than me, lol).
I'd be surprised if your (new?) bathroom is smaller than ours... and ours is on the tiny side! I'm pleased to hear your brother will be looking at it with you; I had hoped he would.
