A Month Of... Weather...

Uh oh... I'm starting to run out of ideas for this month, folks... at least without repeating weather conditions lots of times (for instance, I could offer you so many songs about rain, or wind, or sunshine... but that's cheating).

Any suggestions gratefully received...

For now, let's have some Foreigner and "Cold As Ice"... can only find it live though, and it's not great...

Born To Rock...

May 2nd, 1950 - Louis Grammatico (or Lou Gramm) is born...

Here as lead singer of Foreigner, and that essential track for the slow dance at the school disco - "I Want To Know What Love Is"...

Go on... close your eyes... You're there, aren't you? Boys, you're that spotty little Herbert trying to pluck up the courage to ask the girl of your dreams to dance... And girls, you're there standing at the side of the dancefloor as all the cool boys pair off with the popular girls, knowing that sooner or later the geeky president of the chess club is going to come up and ask you to dance...

Ah, schooldays... best days of your life, right?
